Basketball Recap: Stevenson Comes Up Short

After flying high against Lake Zurich on Friday, Stevenson came back down to earth. The Stevenson Patriots fell to the Guilford Vikings 58-52. The defeat continues a trend for the Patriots in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now lost three in a row.

Stevenson's loss dropped their record down to 20-9. As for Guilford, they pushed their record up to 23-4 with the win, which was their 12th straight on the road.

Coming up, Stevenson will head out to square off against Waukegan at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Guilford, they will face off against Rockford East at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
