Soccer Game Preview: Neuse Charter vs. Roxboro Community + How To Watch

The Neuse Charter Cougars will square off against the Roxboro Community Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with seven consecutive losses apiece.

Friday just wasn't the day for Neuse Charter's offense. They lost 6-0 to NCSSM: Durham on Friday. While losing is never fun, Neuse Charter can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 512th, while NCSSM: Durham are ranked 57th).

Meanwhile, Roxboro Community managed to keep up with Voyager Academy until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Bulldogs came up short against the Vikings, falling 4-1.

Neuse Charter's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Roxboro Community, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-11-1.

Neuse Charter couldn't quite get it done against Roxboro Community when the teams last played back in September as they fell 3-1. Can the Cougars avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
