After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lewis-Palmer, Palmer was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, they made off with a 14-13 victory over the Pueblo Centennial Bulldogs. The Terrors haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Palmer was led to victory by Kymani Dotison and Jaiden Vills. Dotison picked up 43 receiving yards and two TDs, while Vills threw for 116 yards and a pair of touchdowns. The dominant performance also gave Vills a new career-high in passer rating (90.6).

Palmer didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Dotison.

Palmer's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for Pueblo Centennial, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Palmer will welcome Discovery Canyon at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Thunder's defense has only allowed 14.3 points per game this season, so the Terrors' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Pueblo Centennial, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Harrison at 7:00 p.m. on the 31st. The Bulldogs will be up against the Panthers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 35.86 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
