Volleyball Recap: Timberline Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Timberline entered their matchup against Lapwai on Monday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Spartans fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 3-2. The Spartans were not able to make up for their defeat to the Wildcats from their previous meeting back in September of 2023.

Timberline actually scored more points across those five sets (114-111), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The final score came out to 21-25, 28-26, 17-25, 25-20, 20-18.

Timberline's loss dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Lapwai, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-3.

Coming up, Timberline is taking a road trip to take on Nezperce at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lapwai, they will challenge Kamiah at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
