Christian Community came tearing into Thursday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.5 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Pleasant View Christian Warriors by a score of 49-36. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 43-18 back in January.

Christian Community's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from B.J. Head, who went 7 for 13 on her way to 19 points and eight rebounds. Those 19 points gave Head a new career-high. Autumn Hubbard was another key player, putting up 13 points and four steals.

Christian Community has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. As for Pleasant View Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 9-12.

Christian Community and Pleasant View Christian could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Tennessee Rankings. Christian Community will face off against Clarksville Christian at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday down 125 places (205 vs. 80). Similarly, Pleasant View Christian (ranked 283rd) will meet Franklin Road Christian (ranked 118th) at 6:00 p.m. on February 18th.
