Basketball Recap: Clarksburg Takes a Loss

Clarksburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 51-32 bruising from the Milan Bulldogs. The matchup marked the Rockets' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Clarksburg's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Milan, the win snapped their losing streak at six games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-4 record.

Clarksburg wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 50-40 loss against Huntingdon on the 17th. As for Milan, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Gleason at 6:00 p.m. on December 30th.
