Marshall had won six straight games and Addie Carden did her part to make it seven on Saturday. The Redhawks walked away with a 2-0 win over the Coldwater Cardinals with plenty of help from Carden, who had 23 assists. She is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 17 or more in each of the last nine games she's played.

Marshall's victory bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Coldwater, their loss dropped their record down to 9-5-2.

Marshall wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Harper Creek on the 6th. Hopefully Coldwater paid attention to the Redhawks' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Redhawks at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
