Football Recap: Stoughton Comes Up Short

Stoughton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 27-19 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Quincy Presidents.

Stoughton's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Quincy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Stoughton and Quincy will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Black Knights see the field they'll take on Sharon at 6:00 p.m. on October 3. As for Quincy, their break will end when they face New Bedford at 6:30 p.m. on October 3.
