There's no place like home for Sheridan, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They slipped by the Carroll Cougars 58-57 on Friday. For the Blackhawks, this counts as revenge for the 67-58 win the Cougars walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2025.

Sheridan's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Trey Page led the charge by shooting 44% from the field to rack up 18 points. Page is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 18 or more in each of the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Desh Donathan, who went 5-for-7 on his way to 11 points and five boards.

Sheridan is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.7 points over those games. As for Carroll, they moved to 8-11 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Sheridan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, an 83-44 win against Maconaquah on the 14th. As for Carroll, they will square off against Taylor at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Cougars' defense better be ready for this one: the Titans have averaged an impressive 55.7 points per game this season.
