St. Margaret waltzed into their match on Thursday with 11 straight wins... but they left with 12. Everything went their way against the Woodbridge Warriors as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in March.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-19, 25-14.

St. Margaret's win was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-4. As for Woodbridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-9.

St. Margaret's and Woodbridge should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. The Tartans will square off against Irvine at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank advantage (19 vs. 330). Meanwhile, Woodbridge (ranked 99th) will meet Garden Grove (ranked 467th) at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
