Volleyball Recap: Linden-Kildare Tigers vs. Paris Wildcats
Linden-Kildare suffered their biggest defeat since November 4, 2023 on Friday. They lost 3-0 to the Paris Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-20, 25-9.
Paris can attribute much of their success to Makenzie Besteman, who had 18 digs. Another player making a difference was Lynna Martin, who had four digs and 18 assists.
Linden-Kildare now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Paris, their win bumped their record up to 20-9.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Linden-Kildare will play host again on Tuesday to welcome CHAAMP HomeSchool, where is scheduled at 7:00 p.m. As for Paris, they will take on Community at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
