Baseball Game Preview: Sparks Railroaders vs. Wooster Colts

For the second straight game, Sparks will face off against Wooster. The Railroaders will challenge the Colts at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Sparks hasn't scored more than two runs for five games straight, a trend the squad is eager to reverse.

Last Thursday, Sparks came up short against Wooster and fell 7-2.

Sparks saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaxin Burley, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run. Joesel Alvarez also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Wooster now has a winning record of 8-7-1. As for Sparks, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-16.
