It was a good run, but Logan unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Saturday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dover Crimson Tornadoes. While the Chieftains didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Crimson Tornadoes 25-21 in the first set.
Logan started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-17, 25-21, 25-18.
Jenna Pence paced Logan's offense, picking up 16 kills. Pence got some help from Lila Kern and her 32 assists. Pence was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Meanwhile, Dover will challenge New Philadelphia at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank advantage (70 vs. 494).
