Football Game Recap: Ridgeland vs. Cross Keys

Ridgeland got themselves on the board against Cross Keys on Friday, but Cross Keys never followed suit. Ridgeland put a hurting on Cross Keys to the tune of 49-0. With Ridgeland ahead 42-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.

The victory bumped Ridgeland's record up to 4-2. Cross Keys are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-8.

Ridgeland will take on LaFayette at home at 7:30 PM next week. LaFayette took a loss in their last contest and are no doubt out to reverse Ridgeland's good fortune. Cross Keys will have some time to rest before their next matchup, which is against Glascock County in two weeks at 5:15 PM.
