Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pen Argyl). Their defense stepped up to hand the Notre Dame Spartans a 6-0 shutout on Thursday. Pen Argyl have beaten Notre Dame the last six times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest Notre Dame has come to flipping the script.

Pen Argyl's win bumped their record up to 8-9-1. As for Notre Dame, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-10.
