Baseball Recap: Fountain Valley Comes Up Short

Fountain Valley lost against Los Alamitos on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Barons fell 7-4 to the Griffins. The Barons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tyler Peshke made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.

Fountain Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 14-11. As for Los Alamitos, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-8-2.

While Fountain Valley had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:15 p.m. on Friday.
