Elsinore proved they can win big on Wednesday (they won by six) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Tahquitz Titans 4-3. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Titans recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Elsinore's victory was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Jaycee Hullar, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.

Elsinore pushed their record up to 11-7 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Tahquitz, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season.

Elsinore wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 20-4 win against West Valley on the 7th. As for Tahquitz, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 4-1 loss against San Jacinto on the 7th.
