Soccer Recap: North Rowan Comes Up Short

North Rowan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They lost 9-0 to the West Davidson Dragons. While losing is never fun, North Rowan can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 524th, while West Davidson are ranked 70th).

North Rowan's loss dropped their record down to 0-12-1. As for West Davidson, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 18-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. North Rowan will square off against rival Lexington at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, West Davidson is set to face off against their familiar foe South Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
