Foothill had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They breezed past the Natomas Nighthawks to the tune of 66-26 on Friday. The Mustangs haven't had any issues with the Nighthawks recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Xavier Balderas threw for 272 yards and four touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes. TJ Harbison was his top target, picking up 233 receiving yards and four TDs.

When it comes to explaining why Natomas lost, don't look at Josiah Hill. Despite the final result, he threw for 225 yards and four touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes. A healthy portion of Hill's aerial production (110 yards to be exact) went to Adrian Sanders-Muniz.

Coming up, Foothill will look to takes advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on McQueen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Natomas, they will head out to square off against Stagg at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
