The North Toole County Refiners will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against the Bridger Scouts at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. North Toole County will be strutting in after a victory while Bridger will be coming in after a defeat.

North Toole County is coming home in high spirits after they had to open their season on the road against Highwood. The Refiners breezed past the Mountaineers to the tune of 84-30 on Saturday. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 42-6.

North Toole County found their leader in freshman Erica 'Showtime' Rice, who threw for 250 yards and five touchdowns while completing 82.1% of his passes.

Meanwhile, Bridger was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 68-6 defeat at the hands of Shields Valley.
