Volleyball Recap: Chase County Comes Up Short

Chase County was the 2-1 winner over Chadron when they last played one another on Friday, but their luck changed this time around. The Longhorns fell 2-0 to the Cardinals on Saturday. The Longhorns have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Among those leading the charge was Raylie Pourier, who had 11 digs and one assist.

Chase County's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Chadron, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-10.

Looking ahead, Chase County is taking a road trip to challenge St. Patrick's on Tuesday. As for Chadron, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Sidney on the 4th.
