Preview: Raymond/South Bend Ravens vs. Morton/White Pass Timberwolves
The Raymond/South Bend Ravens will head out on the road to face off against the Morton/White Pass Timberwolves at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
Last Friday, Raymond/South Bend was beaten by Napavine 56-12. It was the first time this season that Raymond/South Bend let down their fans at home.
Although Raymond/South Bend took the loss, they still got scores from Ferrill Johnson and Austin Snodgrass.
Meanwhile, Morton/White Pass' recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their sixth straight loss. They took a serious blow against Cedar Park Christian, falling 39-0. Morton/White Pass was already down big by the end of the third quarter and they stayed that way after failing to score in the fourth.
The losses dropped Raymond/South Bend to 4-3 and Morton/White Pass to 1-7.
Raymond/South Bend strolled past Morton/White Pass in their previous matchup back in October of 2022 by a score of 48-34. The rematch might be a little tougher for Raymond/South Bend since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
