Basketball Recap: Ontario Comes Up Short

Ontario lost against Bellevue back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Ontario Warriors received a blow as they fell 66-51 to the Bellevue Redmen. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 481st, while the Redmen are ranked 209th).

This is the second loss in a row for Ontario and nudges their season record down to 6-12. As for Bellevue, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ontario has already played their next matchup (against Shelby), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Bellevue will face off against Norwalk at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
