Baseball Preview: Southwood Knights vs. Rochester Zebras

For the first time this season, Southwood will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will head out on the road to square off against the Rochester Zebras at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Southwood comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Southwood lost 11-5 to Southern Wells on Tuesday.

Southwood saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dalton Barney, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Another was Eli Shelhamer, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Rochester's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to Culver Academies on Tuesday. Everything went the Zebras' way against Winamac as they made off with a 13-0 win.
