Basketball Game Preview: McKinley Panthers vs. Collegiate

The McKinley Panthers will square off against Collegiate at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Collegiate took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on McKinley, who comes in off a win.

McKinley will bounce into Wednesday's matchup after beating Liberty Magnet, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Panthers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 58-55 victory over the Patriots on Monday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Panthers have posted against the Patriots since December 29, 2019.

Meanwhile, Collegiate lost to GEO Next Generation on the road by a 63-47 margin on Monday. The contest marked Collegiate's lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Collegiate fell to 4-1. As for McKinley, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
