Baseball Recap: Glenbrook Victorious

It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Glenbrook ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Cedar Creek Cougars, sneaking past 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Apaches have posted since March 12th.

Glenbrook saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ryan Reagan, who went 3-for-5 with one RBI. Those three hits gave Reagan a new career-high.

Glenbrook's victory bumped their record up to 13-14. As for Cedar Creek, with the defeat, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 23-4.

Looking ahead, Glenbrook will welcome North DeSoto at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cedar Creek, they will take on St. Mary at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
