The biggest upset of the week belonged to Norwich, who took down 76th ranked Norwich, 35-14.
Brendan Lord and Joe Spataro provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Johnson City. The connection went for 76 yards, the longest such play in Section 4 B Division III this season.
Thanks to the talents of Lord and Scott Conrade Oneonta has been able to do all sorts of things on offense. Lord leads the league in passing with 640 yards, while Conrade has rushed for 393 yards this season. Chenango Valley's Zack Collins leads the league in receiving yards with 245 on 13 catches.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Yellowjackets take on Windsor Central. As it stands, Oneonta is in fourth, while the Black Knights are in third.
The Warriors moved up to 67 from 122 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. Chenango Valley was able to make the jump by besting the Tornadoes 35-14.
