Volleyball Game Preview: Burlington Cougars vs. Idalia Wolves

The Burlington Cougars will head out on the road to challenge the Idalia Wolves at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Burlington will be strutting in after a victory while Idalia will be coming in after a defeat.

On Saturday, Burlington earned a 2-0 win over Genoa-Hugo/Karval. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cougars.

Meanwhile, Idalia lost 3-0 to Sedgwick County on Saturday.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-19, 25-15.

Burlington's victory bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Idalia, their loss dropped their record down to 5-11.

Burlington might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Idalia in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Can the Cougars avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
