Volleyball Recap: Findlay Trojans vs. Clay Eagles
Findlay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Clay Eagles. The Trojans were not able to make up for their defeat to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.
The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Clay scored at least 17 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-20, 25-17.
Among those leading the charge was Jadyn Kennedy, who had 15 digs and four assists. That's the most digs she has posted over her last seven contests.
Findlay's defeat dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Clay, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season.
Findlay will take on Lorain in a tournament on Thursday. Clay does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
