Soccer Game Preview: Kimberly vs. Sun Valley Community

The Kimberly Bulldogs will challenge the Sun Valley Community Cutthroats at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Kimberly knows how to get goals on the board -- the team has finished with four goals or more in their past seven matches -- so hopefully Sun Valley Community likes a good challenge.

If Kimberly beats Sun Valley Community with eight goals on Tuesday, it's going to be the squad's new lucky number: they've won their past two matchups with that exact score. The Bulldogs put the hurt on Declo with a sharp 8-2 win on Thursday. Cassidy Johnson was a massive factor in the win as she booted in four goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Saturday just wasn't the day for Sun Valley Community's offense. They fell just short of Wendell by a score of 1-0 on Saturday.

Sun Valley Community's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 8-1 and their overall record down to 9-2. As for Kimberly, their victory bumped their record up to 11-1.
