The Law Lawmen will head out to take on the Notre Dame Green Knights at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Law came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They had to suffer through a 49-21 loss at the hands of Killingly. While losing is never fun, the Lawmen can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Connecticut football rankings (they are ranked 40th, while the Trailbazers are ranked eighth).

Law's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Matthew Witteman, who threw for 213 yards and a pair of TDs, and Brian Gonzalez, who picked up 152 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Meanwhile, Notre Dame was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by Greenwich 38-7.
