Baseball Recap: Ramsay Takes a Loss

Ramsay lost to McAdory back in March of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Rams came up short against the Yellowjackets, falling 17-7. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pierce Alexander made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with two runs and two RBI. Carter Mosley was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs.

Ramsay now has a losing record of 1-2. As for McAdory, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Ramsay will venture away from home to face off against Shades Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for McAdory, they will head out to take on Gardendale at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
