Recap: Richmond Red Devils vs. Connersville Spartans
The Richmond Red Devils have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 20 points or more this season. They blew past Connersville 65-35 on the road. Richmond's victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
It was another big night for Cedric Horton, who scored 22 points. The match was his sixth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryder Cate, who scored 14 points.
Richmond pushed their record up to 6-0 with that win, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Connersville, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.
Richmond will be home for the holidays to greet Northside L at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Northside L's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last 12 matchups. Connersville will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Whiteland at 1:00 p.m. on December 29th.
