Game recap: Jesuit High School Football Team defeats Tracy

TRACY, Calif. - Special teams carried Jesuit (Carmichael, Calif.) to a 49-28 victory over Tracy (Calif.) on Saturday as the return units contributed one touchdowns. The special teams of the Marauders scored on a kick return.

Jesuit led 22-13 at halftime, but the Bulldogs recaptured the lead on a touchdown with 11:00 to go in the third. JHS finally took the lead for the win when Beau Bisharat ran for a touchdown with 10:00 left in the third quarter.

The Carmichael school grew its lead to 16 points entering the fourth quarter. The Marauders scored two times in the third, including once on a Bisharat touchdown run.

Tracy came in giving up 15.7 points per game this season. THS struggled against Jesuit's offense, which entered the game scoring 37.7 points per game.

The defeat comes as a step back for Tracy, who notched a 56-14 victory over Edison in its previous outing.
