Football Recap: Touchet Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Touchet was riding high fresh off their 88-44 takedown of Non Varsity Opponent two weeks ago, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Redhawks took a blow against the Sunnyside Christian Knights on Friday, falling 48-15. The Redhawks lost against the Knights in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 22-20 score last time.

Touchet's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Sunnyside Christian, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Touchet is set to take on their familiar foe Yakama Nation Tribal at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Sunnyside Christian will square off against rival Mabton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
