Softball Recap: Point Pleasant Takes a Loss

Point Pleasant was the 8-0 winner over Lincoln County when they last played one another back in April of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Point Pleasant Big Blacks lost 15-3 to the Lincoln County Panthers on Thursday.

Point Pleasant saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brynn Roush, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double.

Point Pleasant's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Lincoln County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Coming up, Point Pleasant will face off against Scott at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lincoln County, they will challenge Winfield at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
