Volleyball Recap: Wright Falls to Young Audiences in First Game of Season

Wright kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They came up short against the Young Audiences Yacs, falling 3-0. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it eight in a row.

While Wright was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-6, 25-22.

Young Audiences has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season.

Wright does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Young Audiences, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Booker T. Washington on the 29th.
