It was a good run, but Cedar Hill unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Little Elm Lobos by a score of 3-2. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Longhorns of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Cedar Hill took Little Elm into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking three-point loss. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-19, 22-25, 23-25, 15-12.

Cedar Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Little Elm, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-4.

Looking ahead, Cedar Hill will head out to face off against Mansfield Timberview at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Little Elm, they will face off against Garland at 11:00 a.m. on Friday.
