Basketball Recap: Bowie Snags Third Victory in Last Four Games

Jacksboro came into Tuesday's match looking for another win against Bowie, but Rayder Mann wouldn't allow it. The Bowie Jackrabbits walked away with a 61-49 victory over the Jacksboro Tigers on Tuesday thanks in part to Mann, who went 7 for 17 on his way to 22 points and four steals. His evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Bradly Horton, who posted 13 points. What's more, he also racked up three boards, the most he's had since back in November of 2024.

Bowie is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-9 record this season. As for Jacksboro, their loss dropped their record down to 15-7.

Bowie has already played their next game, a 60-46 win against City View on the 24th. As for Jacksboro, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 63-46 defeat against Iowa Park on the 24th.
