It's playoff time, and Canterbury had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on The Classical Academy of Sarasota with a sharp 8-2 win on Tuesday. The Cougars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 matchups by four goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting The Classical Academy of Sarasota from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal. Mackenzie Molina led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Canterbury, bringing their record for this year to 16-4-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 30 goals over those four games. As for The Classical Academy of Sarasota, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-3.

Looking ahead, Canterbury will welcome Out-of-Door Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Out-of-Door Academy will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Canterbury surely won't give up without a fight. The Classical Academy of Sarasota does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
