The Archbishop Alter Knights will be taking part in a tournament against the Northwestern Warriors at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Archbishop Alter is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season.

Archbishop Alter will roll into the match after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one goal on Thursday, then bounced right back against Madison on Tuesday. The Knights put the hurt on the Mohawks with a sharp 9-1 win. Colin Hess was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, Northwestern was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of Wayne.

Archbishop Alter pushed their record up to 10-3-4 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 40 goals over those eight matchups. As for Northwestern, their loss dropped their record down to 1-14.
