Baseball Recap: Greenfield Comes Up Short

Greenfield lost to Wheatland back in March of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Wildcats came up short against the Mules, falling 14-2. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Greenfield's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Wheatland, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Greenfield will face off against McAuley Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Wheatland, they will square off against Warsaw at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
