Football Recap: Reedsville Comes Up Short

Reedsville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Cedar Grove-Belgium Rockets 50-7. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Panthers have suffered since September 13, 2024.

Reedsville's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Cedar Grove-Belgium, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Coming up, Reedsville will venture away from home to challenge Brookfield Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cedar Grove-Belgium, they will challenge Manitowoc Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rockets will need to watch out since the Lancers have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
