Soccer Recap: Marcellus Takes a Loss

Marcellus lost against Hartford two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Huskies by a score of 1-0.

Marcellus has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-5-1 record this season. As for Hartford, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 12-6.

Coming up, Marcellus will face off against Lawton at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Marcellus will be up against Lawton's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.57 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Hartford, they will head out to face off against Berrien Springs at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
