Volleyball Recap: Marshall Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Gabrielino, Marshall was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Paramount Pirates.

Marshall's win bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Paramount, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 13 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season.

Marshall will venture away from home to square off against Rosemead at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Paramount, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Bassett on the 21st.
