Softball Recap: Monroe Cheesemakers vs. Clinton Cougars

After a string of three wins, Monroe's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell just short of the Clinton Cougars by a score of 4-3.

For Clinton's part, Ashley Theisen spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and two unearned) runs on six hits and racked up 14 Ks.
