The Panthers will host the Hornets at 6:00 p.m. The timing is sure in McBee's favor as the team sits on seven straight wins at home while C.A. Johnson has been banged up by seven consecutive losses on the road.

15 must be McBee's lucky number: they beat Midlands STEM Charter with that score not once but twice on Friday. The Panthers didn't even let the Mavericks on the board, marking the Panthers' second-straight 15-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won ten games by six runs or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for C.A. Johnson's offense. They came up short against Lamar on Tuesday, falling 7-0.

McBee has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.5 runs over those games. As for C.A. Johnson, their loss dropped their record down to 1-8.
