Valley Center is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Health Sciences as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Jaguars as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Monte Vista came tearing into Thursday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Matadors.

Monte Vista walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-19, 25-10, 25-19.

Monte Vista pushed their record up to 21-12 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Valley Center, their victory bumped their record up to 11-20.
