Football Game Preview: Sigourney-Keota vs. Van Buren

On Friday Sigourney-Keota take on Van Buren at 7:00 PM. Sigourney-Keota have the odds in their favor, so they'll need to guard against complacency.

After a string of three wins, Sigourney-Keota's good fortune finally ran out last Friday. They took a serious blow against Wilton, falling 0-35. Sigourney-Keota's low-scoring defeat was the unsatisfying follow-up to their high-scoring outing the game before.

Meanwhile, after having lost a blowout in their match two weeks ago against Wayne, Van Buren were happy to find some success. Van Buren had enough points to win and then some against Columbus, taking their contest 24-6. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Van Buren as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Everything went Sigourney-Keota's way against Van Buren the last time the two teams met as they made off with a 48-16 win. Will Sigourney-Keota repeat their success, or does Van Buren have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
