Gaither waltzed into their game on Wednesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Lennard Longhorns 45-15. That 30 point margin sets a new team best for the Cowboys this season.

Among those leading the charge was Carolyn Emanuel, who went 5 of 7 on her way to 12 points in addition to eight rebounds and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Riley Russell, who posted nine points along with seven steals and six boards.

Gaither smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 22 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 14 offensive rebounds in five consecutive contests.

Gaither's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-10. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.3 points per game. As for Lennard, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.

Gaither has already played their next game (against Durant), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Lennard will take on Freedom at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Lennard is facing Freedom at the right time seeing as Freedom is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
